Marc Zhang, President

Mr Zhang engaged in mining investment and financing, as well as international mergers and acquisitions, with 30 years of professional experience. Since immigrating to Canada in 2009, he has invested in multiple projects across the mining and high-tech sectors. Notably, the ApplyBoard international education platform was recognized by the Canadian government in 2019 as the top-ranked unicorn company. ULeap Technology’s 3D data rendering engine was named by TIME magazine as one of the world’s top ten technological innovations of 2023 and one of the most outstanding unicorn tech companies. He is also a shareholder of the renowned investment firm INP Capital.

Richard Cheng, CEO

Co-founder of the North American Eagle Holding Group; graduated from the School of Business Administration at Shandong University with a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). In 2002, founded Shandong Xinpeng Safety Technology Consulting Co., Ltd., and served as Chairman until 2017. During this period, he participated in drafting the Shandong Safety Evaluation Regulations and the Fee Standards for Non-Coal Mines, as well as the Shandong Tailings Pond Safety Management Regulations.

He is well-versed in underground gold mining methods at depths of 1,000 meters, and in mining technologies and equipment. He has provided extensive technical support and safety management services to large-scale gold mining enterprises across China with a daily production capacity of over 10,000 tonnes.

In 2016, he established North American Eagle Holding Group, focusing on international trade of gold concentrates and on the production, operations, and management of local mining projects in Canada.

CFO

Wenjing Ma, PhD, CFA charterholder candidate.

Dr. Wenjing Ma is a cross-disciplinary professional with a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and over a decade of experience spanning biomedical research, financial analysis, and strategic operations in the life sciences sector. She brings deep scientific insight and financial acumen, having completed all three levels of the CFA Program.

Dr. Ma has led translational research projects in oncology and diagnostics, and played key roles in biotech startups—supporting financial reporting, SR&ED tax credit claims, and pipeline evaluation. Her ability to bridge science and finance makes her a valuable asset in early-stage venture development and technology commercialization. She currently holds positions at Unity Health Toronto and CCOA Therapeutics, contributing to both research innovation and financial strategy.

Tyler Y. Tian, M.Eng., P.Eng

Mr. Tyler Tian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining and Mineral Resource Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Engineering Management from the University of Ottawa. He also earned a second undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering. Mr. Tian is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in the Province of British Columbia.

He has been actively involved in a variety of mineral exploration projects across Canada for more than ten years, with experience in British Columbia, Ontario, the Yukon, and Québec. Mr. Tian currently serves as the Director of Pluto Ventures, a junior exploration company listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE). In addition, he acts as a technical advisor to several publicly listed companies in Singapore, Canada, and China.

Through Fargo Exploration Ltd., a British Columbia–based private company, Mr. Tian provides geological consulting services to both public and private sector clients. Now Mr. Tian is the independent geologist and mining engineer for North American Eagle Holding.

Peter Zhang, MSc., MAusIMM

Peter Zhang is an independent geologist with a Master of Science degree and membership in the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy (MAusIMM). His expertise includes the exploration and evaluation of mineral resources, as well as the development and interpretation of integrated geological, geochemical, and geophysical exploration models.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Zhang has contributed to dozens of mineral projects across the globe, including in China, Mongolia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Canada, the United States, Peru, Suriname, Tanzania, Kenya, Russia, and Zimbabwe. His work spans a wide range of activities, from due diligence for mining mergers and acquisitions to the design and execution of exploration programs and resource estimation.

Perry Little

Perry Little has extensive experience with junior resource company financing and with the public markets in general. His experience was gained over the course of a 28 year career in the investment industry. During his career, Perry held a variety of positions with large Canadian investment firms. He retired from his position as a Senior Investment Advisor with Canaccord Genuity Wealth Management in 2016 after 14 years with the company.

Prior to his involvement in the investment industry, Perry spent 9 years in the field of public accounting acquiring significant experience and education in the areas of accounting, taxation, and auditing. Perry is currently the President and CEO of a private gold mining enterprise, and has also served on the Board of Directors for two charitable organizations and a private real estate development company.
